JIK/TAOK3 Antibody

Jun kinase-inhibitory kinase (JIK) is a member of the STE20 serine/threonine kinase family that has been demonstrated to negatively regulate c-jun N-terminal kinase. When overexpressed, JIK has been demonstrated to activate the ERK1/ERK2 (extracellular signal-regulated kinase) pathway.
