Importin 4 Antibody

Importin 4 mediates the nuclear import of RPS3A. In vitro, it mediates the nuclear import of human cytomegalovirus UL84 by recognizing a non-classical NLS. Additionally, along with importin 7, importin 4 has been shown to be involved in nuclear import of HIF-1alpha [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) ww.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q8TEX9].
