INTS9 Antibody

TRPM2 (transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily M member 2) is a voltage-independent cation channel that mediates susceptibility to cell death in response to oxidative stress. TRPM2 is activated by adenosine diphosphoribose (ADP-ribose) and its activation is dependent on calcium and calmodulin levels. A splice variant of TRPM2, TRPM2-S, has been shown to interact with the full length form and suppress calcium influx and susceptibility to cell death.

Alternative names for INTS9 Antibody include integrator complex subunit 9 antibody, Int9 antibody, protein related to CPSF subunits of 74 kDa antibody, INTS9 antibody, RC-74 antibody, FLJ10871 antibody.
