HPK1 Antibody
HPK1 (hematopoietic progenitor kinase 1) is a serine/threonine kinase specific to hematopoietic cells including progenitor cells. It is related to the yeast STE20 kinase and is involved in many signaling cascades including the MAPK and JNK/SAPK signaling pathway. HPK1 binds many adaptor proteins which link HPK1 to cell surface receptors and direct its downstream signals.
