HIP55 Antibody

HIP55 (HPK1-interacting protein of 55 kDa) is an actin-binding adapter protein that may act as a common effector of antigen receptor-signaling pathways in leukocytes. The association of HIP55 with dynamin suggests that it may also connect the actin cytoskeleton to endocytic function. HIP55 acts as a key component of the immunological synapse that regulates T-cell activation by bridging TCRs and the actin cytoskeleton to gene activation and endocytic processes [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q9UJU6].

Alternative names for HIP55 Antibody include HIP-55 antibody, drebrin-like protein antibody, cervical SH3P7 antibody, cervical mucin-associated protein antibody, drebrin-F antibody, SH3-domain containing protein 7 antibody, CMAP antibody, SH3P7 antibody, DBNL antibody.
