HEC1 Antibody
HEC1 (highly expressed in cancer 1) is a component of the kinetochore-associated NDC80 complex that is essential for maintaining kinetochore integrity, proper chromosome segregation, and spindle-checkpoint signaling. HEC1 has been shown to be required for the organization of kinetochore microtubule attachment sites.
