GLI3 Antibody

GLI3 (GLI family zinc finger 3) plays a role in limb development and has a dual function as a transcriptional activator and a repressor of the sonic hedgehog (Shh) pathway. After phosphorylation and nuclear translocation, the full-length form of GLI3 (GLI3FL), acts as an activator (GLI3A) while the C-terminally truncated form (GLI3R) acts as a repressor [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/ P10071].

Alternative names for GLI3 Antibody include GLI3 form of 190 kDa antibody, GLI3-190 antibody, GLI3 full-length protein antibody, GLI3FL antibody, transcriptional repressor GLI3R antibody, GLI3 C-terminally truncated form antibody, GLI3 form of 83 kDa antibody, GLI3-83 antibody.
