GEF-H1 Antibody

GEF-H1 (guanine nucleotide exchange factor H1) is a microtubule regulated guanine nucleotide exchange factor for the RhoA GTPase. It catalyzes the exchange of GDP for GTP by Rho in response to microtubule destabilization. GEF-H1 has shown to be regulated during cytokinesis and plays a role in the cleavage furrow.

Alternative names for GEF-H1 Antibody include Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 2 antibody, microtubule-regulated Rho-GEF antibody, proliferating cell nucleolar antigen p40 antibody, ARHGEF2 antibody, LFP40 antibody, KIAA0651 antibody.
