FBXO11 Antibody

 
FBXO11 is a member of the F-box protein family and component of the Skp1-Cullin1-F-box (SCF) ubiquitin ligase complex. FBXO11 has been shown to interact with p53 and suppress its activity. Suppression of p53 activity is achieved via Nedd8 conjugation to p53. Alternate names for FBXO11 include F-box only protein 11, vitiligo-associated protein VIT-1, FBX11, VIT1, PRMT9, FLJ12673, MGC44383, and UG063H01.
