ETO Antibody

ETO (eight twenty-one protein) is also known as MTG8 (myeloid translocation gene on 8q22) and was identified as part of an 8:21 chromosomal breakpoint in leukemia cells. ETO is encoded by the RUNX1T1 (runt-related transcription factor; translocated to, 1 (cyclin D-related) gene and functions as a transcriptional co-repressor.

Alternative names for ETO Antibody include cyclin-D-related protein antibody, zinc finger MYND domain containing protein 2 antibody, AML1T1 antibody, CBFA2T1 antibody, CDR antibody, ZMYND2 antibody.
