ELL2 Antibody
ELL2 was identified as a homolog of the ELL (eleven-nineteen lysine-rich leukemia) gene, a frequent target for translocations in acute myeloid leukemia. ELL2 is an elongation factor that can increase the catalytic rate of RNA polymerase II transcription by suppressing transient pausing by the polymerase at multiple sites along the DNA.
