Daple (Dvl-associating protein with a high frequency of leucine residues) is a negative regulator of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway and acts downstream of DVL to inhibit CTNNB1/Beta-catenin stabilization [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/ Q9P219].
