DC8 Antibody

 
DC8 is a component of the MIS12 complex which includes DC8, MIS12, DSN1, and PMF1. The MIS12 complex localizes at inner kinetochores to perform an essential function in kinetochore assembly which allows proper chromosome alignment and cell cycle progression. Alternate names for DC8 include kinetochore-associated protein NSL1 homolog, NSL1, DC31, C1orf48, and DKFZP566O1646.
