DAP5 Antibody

 
DAP5 (death associated protein 5) is also known as eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4 gamma 2. DAP5 has been found to function as a general repressor of translation and appears to play a role in the switch from cap-dependent to IRES-mediated translation during mitosis, apoptosis, and viral infection. Alternative names for DAP5 include p97, NAT1, eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4 gamma 2, eIF-4-gamma-2, and eIF4G2.
