CamK4 Antibody

Ca2+/CaM-dependent protein kinase 4 (CamK4) is a member of the Ca2+/CaM-dependent protein kinases that functions as an activator of Ca2+-dependent transcription mediated by factors such as CREB, ATF-1, SRF, MEF2D, and others. Protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) has been shown to associate with CamK4 to negatively regulate the kinase activity of CamK4 and subsequent activation of gene transcription. Alternate names for CamK4 include calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase type IV, CAM kinase-GR, CaMK-GR, CaMK IV, CAMK4, and MGC36771.
