CIR1 Antibody

Corepressor interacting with RBPJ (CIR1) may modulate splice site selection during alternative splicing of pre-mRNAs (by similarity). CIR1 regulates transcription and acts as a corepressor for RBPJ. Recruits RBPJ to the Sin3-histone deacetylase complex (HDAC) and is required for RBPJ-mediated repression of transcription [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/ Q86X95].

Alternative names for CIR1 Antibody include CBF1-interacting corepressor antibody, recepin antibody, CIR antibody.
