CAF-1 p60 Antibody

The chromatin assembly factor 1 (CAF-1) is a trimeric histone chaperone that mediates the assembly of newly replicated DNA into chromatin. CAF-1 p60 is the 60 kDa subunit of the CAF-1 trimeric factor. CAF-1 p60, along with p150 and p48, has been demonstrated to be required for proper nucleosome assembly and proliferating cell viability.
