C3G Antibody

 
CRK SH3-binding GNRP (C3G) is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) that binds to the SH3 domain of CRK and GRB2/ASH and catalyzes the exchange of GDP for GTP on GTPases of the Ras family. C3G has been reported to be involved in signaling that mediates cell adhesion and migration. Alternative names for C3G include Rap guanine nucleotide exchange factor 1, guanine nucleotide-releasing factor 2, RAPGEF1, and GRF2.
