BRG1/SMARCA4 Antibody

 
The SWI/SNF-related, matrix-associated, actin-dependent regulators of chromatin (SMARC), also called BRG1-associated factors (BAFs), have been identified as components of the human SWI/SNF-like chromatin-remodeling protein complexes. BRG1/SMARCA4 is an ATPase subunit of the SWI/SNF-A chromatin remodeling complex (BAF complex). In BAF complexes, BRG1/SMARCA4 has been shown to interact with BRCA1. BRG1/SMARCA4 is also known as SNF2beta and SNF2L2.
