Alpha-4 Antibody

 
Alpha-4 is involved in the rapamycin sensitive mTOR pathway through its association with the PP2Ac phosphatase. Alpha-4 may regulate PP2Ac activity for the cell cycle progression of lymphocytes. Alpha-4 is also associated to surface IgM receptors and is involved in B-cell receptor mediated signal transduction. Alpha-4 is also called immunoglobulin-binding protein 1, IGBP1, IBP1, CD79a-binding protein 1, B cell transduction molecule alpha 4, and renal carcinoma antigen NY-REN-16.
