ATRX Antibody

ATRX (alpha-thalassemia mental retardation X-linked) is a chromatin remodeling protein and transacting regulator of globin gene expression that has been linked to several X-linked mental retardation syndromes and hematologic diseases such as myelodysplasia. ATRX possesses an ATPase/helicase domain and is related to the SWI/SNF family of proteins. Mutations in ATRX have been demonstrated to cause changes in DNA methylation patterns and gene expression important to development.

Alternative names for ATRX Antibody include transcriptional regulator ATRX antibody, ATP-dependent helicase ATRX antibody, X-linked nuclear protein antibody, X-linked helicase II antibody, XNP antibody, Znf-HX antibody, RAD54L antibody, RAD54 antibody, XH2 antibody, SHS antibody, ATR2 antibody, SFM1 antibody, MRXS3 antibody, MRXHF1 antibody, MGC2094 antibody.
