ATDC/TRIM29 Antibody

TRIM29/ATDC is a member of the tripartite motif RBCC/Trim domain family that contains a RING-finger domain, B-boxes, and an alpha-helical coiled-coil region. TRIM29 also possesses multiple zinc-finger motifs and a leucine zipper motif that may play a role in dimer formation and nucleic acid binding. TRIM29/ATDC is also known as ataxia telangiectasia group D complementing gene and can function to repress a radiosensitive phenotype.
