ABI2 Antibody

Abelson interactor 2 (Abi-2) may act in the regulation of cell growth and transformation by interacting with nonreceptor tyrosine kinases ABL1 and/or ABL2. Abi-2 regulates ABL1/c-Abl-mediated phosphorylation of MENA, and may be involved in cytoskeletal reorganization [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q9NYB9].
