ABI1 Antibody

Abl interactor 1 (ABI1) interacts with the ABL1 and/or ABL2 nonreceptor tyrosine kinases and is involved in Ras to Rac signal transduction. ABI1 is also involved in cytoskeletal organization and EGF-induced Erk signaling. Alternate names for ABI1 include abelson interactor 1, Abi-1, E3BP1, eps8 binding protein, NAP1BP, nap1 binding protein, SSH3BP, SSH3BP1, and spectrin SH3 domain binding protein 1.
